Dennis Norris

Regenerative Farms, Senior VP Grants
Dennis Norris has extensive experience as a leader of international aid projects, with decades of national and international grant writing and management experience. He has written for and managed grant-funded projects throughout the United States, and has secured multi-million dollar grants from USAID, AusAID, DFID, CIDA, United Nations, European Union, World Bank, US Military, and more. Dennis most recently served as the Senior Operations Advisor for the United Nations in Afghanistan. He is an award-winning published author and national trainer on grant writing and grant management. A former US Coast Guard patrol boat captain and San Francisco police officer, Dennis also brings a unique skill set that ignites his passion for supporting RF's boots on the ground efforts. An honors graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, you can find Dennis, his wife, and their three grown children all living in and around Westfield, Indiana.

Mary is a dedicated entrepreneurial non-profit founder/executive with over 30 years of experience leading impactful projects addressing global challenges. Mary has dedicated her career to driving transformative change for women in agriculture. Her expertise lies in designing and implementing landscape scale nature based climate solutions, equitable food security and climate adaptation programs, ecosystem restoration, gender equity, indigenous rights, and resilient agricultural enterprise development.  She enjoys spending time in nature with her two children, and teaching them how to grow their own food.
